BRED FOR TYPE TEMPERAMENT AND HEALTH

Hello!

I am Kristen Nelson, and a proud member of the STCA. Six years ago, when our rescue dog “Lady”  passed away, my husband, Tom, who had owned a  Scottie in 1948  asked me about a new Scottie.  I began searching for reputable breeders and found a beautiful boy CH Hillview Colonel who I finished.  Then we began looking for a bitch (Caevnes Bootilicious and another bitch CH Caevnes Kiss Me Kate who is also finished.  Katie was bred to CH Morningstar Bourbon St. Bouncer in September after she turned 2 and whelped her first litter of 5 on November 22, 2008.

Additionally, I have had my own business terrier grooming, focusing on stripping all terriers for show when requested (All Terriers Stop Here Grooming)   I have flown to Washington and Dallas for seminars as well as local grooming workshops in the Denver area.  Currently, I am grooming client’s terriers, and accept new clients on a referral basis.

My husband and I enjoy traveling to shows and preparing for confirmation competition in the show ring.  We plan this year to participate in more Specialties and look forward to the Montgomery County shows in the fall and will introduce our newest Eglantine puppy bitch Vermeer's Girl , (Pearl) to Specialty and All Breed shows in the U.S.
